knowledge of Simatic S5 systems)
- extended process data records (MES / PIMS / Traceability)
- modernizations and start ups of machines, devices, control systems
- 24 hours per day service (remove a breakdown at customer's)

There are 3 main classes of hardware called STANDARD, PROFESSIONAL and EXPERT which inform about product's quality and functionality
- INEE possess the only one in Poland, located in Silesia, near Gliwice, a big stock with Siemens Simatic S5 / HMI components (not only), so that goods are delivered in a short time and breakdowns are also removed immediately
- Service is a free technical support , servicing offered devices, repairing older
